The end of February nine members of our Student Government team traveled to Coral Springs to attend the Florida Association of Student Council State Convention. They were recognized for their work in five of the 10 categories for Project of the Year. They received third place for Citizenship Development (Start With Hello Week), Community Service (Harbor House Donation Drive), and Fundraising (Parents' Night Out). They received second place for The State Project which was to help the unhoused (Warmth for Winter Donation Drive) and for Membership Motivation.
